Kitchen/Dining Room

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, fridge, freezer etc.  It is ideally configured for dining with friends and family. It has a large dining table, comfortably seating ten people.  Leading out to a sheltered patio area that catches the evening sun, it is an ideal spot for eating al fresco on a summer’s evening while the children play in the large garden in front of the patio.  A Barbeque is also provided.

Upstairs you will find the main living area. A wood burning stove invites you into this cosy room with comfy three-piece suite and television.  Filled with light in the daytime, the  double doors, lead onto a balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding area and gardens. Another lovely spot to sit with your book or have a cup of coffee.  Furthermore, the room can also be used as a second dining area as there are chairs and a table also in this room.  It is also a great spot for games.

    The five bedrooms are fitted out with comfortable beds dressed with quality bed linen and storage facilities and towels are also provided. A cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge. There are bathroom facilities on both floors.  Two of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom (including shower) is located on the ground floor. There are four double-bedrooms and one twin room.  The rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated as you would expect from a high-end holiday rental.

    Nearby Bridgetown village has a supermarket, a fish shop, a takeaway, a pharmacy, a post office, hairdresser, beautician, cafés, pubs and playground.  It is a 1km walk into the village. Woodvilla Lodge is a tranquil country retreat, ideally located to explore the Sunny Southeast of Ireland.

    Good to Know

    There are some additional utility charges based on your usage during your stay.

    A security deposit is required on arrival. Utility charges are charged sperate to your booking fee and are deducted from the security deposit, providing the property is left clean and tidy with no breakages.

    Additional Fees

    • €250.00 security deposit fee, paid on arrival.

    The balance of the fee less the utility charges (electricity and heating) is refunded to the occupant on departure, provided the property is left clean and tidy with no breakages.

    • Utility Charges:
      • Electricity is charged at €10.00 per day in June, July and August and €12.00 per day for the rest of the year.
      • Heating is oil fired and charged at .95 cent per oil litre.
    • Additional Camp bed available on request (no charge)
    • Additional pull-up cot available on request (no charge)
